You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds beyond this time frame.

Please note that items cannot be returned if you selected the wrong size, color or other specific feature when ordering. In such cases, no refunds will be given. However, if the error is ours, please return the item in its original condition to the following address: 38 Grand Montfleury, Versoix, 1290, Switzerland, using a cardboard envelope. Return costs will be your responsibility and deducted from the amount of your next purchase on our online store. The returned item must be unused and in the condition you received it. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to help process your return.

If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, we will credit you an amount equivalent to the value of the item returned in the form of a gift voucher. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a gift voucher by email.

The time it takes to receive returned items may vary depending on your location and the delivery service used.

If the value of the item you are returning is more than 75 CHF, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without these security measures.
